I have winter pack and I had to enable the low washer fluid..

As mentioned, a car with headlight washers has a larger tank then one without. My ED30 has xenon's with headlight washers and the Mrs' GT Sport has standard lights, my washer fluid tank is larger than her's...

TBB if you check washer fluid on a weekly basis and before any long journies, I don't see why you need a warning light at all.
