Hi all :)
« on: January 19, 2012, 01:38:17 pm »
Hi all,

I've been a member (lurker) on here for a while now and after selling my Type R, i've finally got a Golf ,although it's not a GTI  :sad1: it's a GT TDI, I got fed up constantly filling the Civic up, so diesel power it was.

It took me a while to find the spec i wanted but the waiting paid off and I found this Shadow Blue GT TDI.

Thanks in advance for any help anyone gives  :happy2:

Anyway here's a couple of pics of my Golf

Cheers,
Ben

Thanks for the welcome

Cheers, I wasn't going to but i can't help but do something, so a few days after having it I debadged the Golf and 2.0 so it now just says TDI, hopefully some people will think its a 1.9

I've bought a K&N panel filter and i've just ordered some 30mm H&R lowering springs today, hopefully they will be ok.

I also want to colour code the rear bumper :)

Cheers,
Ben

Cheers for the welcome

It took me a while to find the spec I wanted, its got Xenon's, heated leather, dual zone climate, ipod integration, cruise control, the full MFD display, multifunction steering wheel and rear tinted windows, the colour was an added bonus, my brother has a Polo in the same colour and after I saw his car in the flesh I knew I wanted to try and get a Shadow Blue one

As much as I love the petrol sound you can't beat getting 600 miles to a tank

Cheers,
Ben
