Saw my first ED35 today
« on: December 23, 2011, 02:41:02 pm »
Was parked up waiting collection from my local dealer when I went to collect a few bits earlier today. Lovely looking car I thought. Liking the wheels.

Excuse the crappy phone pic. Doesn't help with it hammering it down and having to time it with the wipers lol.

What can you buy brand new for the same money that offers the same practicalities?

I'm sure I'm not alone when I say seeing these in the flesh will contribute to taking to the MK6 progressively more and more

They have one in Listers in town and I must admit I was disappointed there is no cloth seats, I quite liked them. Looked great in red but the 19" wheels just look odd with the piddly brakes behind them.

I saw that one. Was having a chat with Jack in services because Steve was away. Looked okay but nothing special.

What makes a car "special"?

Are there any sub-30k hot hatches that are "special"?

That's funny as I was talking with Jack about it, I think he must be working on his sales patter as he was pointing out all of its features! He's a good lad Jack, nice to have someone back in service who is passionate about cars! :happy2:

Definitely. Just wished they used 5W-30 in the service  :fighting:

I should be paid commission too. There was a guy looking at an ed30 and i basically convinced him to buy it and use listersfor any work!
