Is this just in 5th gear?  I would give the clutch a bleed through first and if it still does it then look at changing the slave cylinder.

Did you get hold of an ecs bleed Valve Alex?

Do you know how much a gear oil change would be on my visit?

Thanks

It's just going into 5th from 4th when I release the clutch it jerks kind of hard, I have no idea where the clutch fluid or where to check for it :X

The clutch fluid shares the same resevoir as the brake master cylinder.  Unfortunately, if you let the level drop a bit low (from normal wear of the brake pads) and fail to top it up, the clutch can get starved of fluid, and cause probs.
