On my to do list. They sell the meguires kit from Halfords for about £20. Think you just use a drill with it.

If this is the kit that is just a drill buffer and Plast RX liquid, then its rubbish. Didnt do a thing to my headlights! I wet sanded them instead and they came up lovely. They do need doing again now though and I might try the 3M headlight restoration kit this time. People on here have said good things about it.

I decided to give it a go anyway as couldn't find the 3M kit anywhere locally. Picked this up for £20 and it seems to have done an OK job. I think you'd need to spend more time to get a 100% perfect finish but for a first attempt I'm pretty happy with the result  :smiley:

^^^^ Good to see you got some results. Maybe mine were too far gone for this kit to do any good. All I would say is that the very slight improvement I did get actually didn't last very long.  About a week or so later it was back to how it was before.
