that looks good - that is probably the best option really, where did you get the paint from? did you masking tape around the painted bits?
Candy white GTI, MRC tuning Remap - the rest will remain standard...

Yep masked everywhere. Do it inside, so that the wind doesn't blow the excess paint everywhere. Paint was just from halfords!

£14 gets you genuine VW paint from the stealers, comes in a 2 rattle can pack with colour and primer

I used the hair dryer method and some Fishing line

I also used my fingers to peel excessive adhesive off
then removed the rest of the adhesive with Autog*ym tar remover

Tornado red golfs can be troublesome - my mate has one
 and you can still see the outline of the letters besides numerous hours of polishing and washing  :sad:
