got a few fault codes that have came up since i installed crusie control stalk any ideas?

did you disconnect the battery when you did the cruise?

Have you tried to clear all the faults?

yes i disconnected the battery and yeah i have cleared the faults but they come straight back. :(

is there away i can test the cruise control without driving it? ie via vcds? will the cruise light on the dash light up if its staionary? so i know if it wired up correctly?

just tried coding the cruise control again and it works  :jumping:

but i still have the fault codes  :sad1:

Other faults...

Is your alarm siren dead? Lock the car with the remote, open drivers door with key, when the alarm is triggered if only the lights flash outside, then there's a good chance your sounder's gone.

Have you started the ABS function test? This won't go away until it's completed. I did this once a couple of years ago, ended up going into an empty car park at night doing figure of 8's. More info here http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/ESP_System_Function_Test_%28Conti/Teves%29

yes i used the codes of the other thread :)

no my alarm doesnt work properly it was broken into a couple of months ago and all it did was flash the lights lol

think i need a new siren for it.

not sure what i done regarding the abs lol

Is your ESP light refusing to go off? Even after you've put steering on full lock both ways and driven forward slowly?
If you carry out the procedure in the link it should help you with that.

Siren has definitely gone, easy to replace.
