For anyone who has gone to stage 1 on a std GTI, roughly how much has your increase in insurance been?

All insurance companies do it different, quite a few do it as %age power increase, so a 25% increase in power is a 25% increasde in premium.
Some do it on a fixed amount, call your ins co and ask.

Stage one on my Ed30 is going to cost me another £152 in May when I go stage 2, thats over a full year tho, so as im halfway through it will cost me around £70 for the rest of the year, when I re-insure in October tho, it should only cost me an extra £75 for full year as other insurers are cheaper than my current one!
