sorry to pip in with a none spring question, beddie what colour are your monza II's in the photo above is it a straight anthracite?

From my point of view the ride height on beddie's car at 20mm drop looks spot on as the wheels are just sat into the arches evenly all the way around the circumference any lower and they would start to dissapear at the top.

5Dr Black GTI, DSG, Leather, Xenons. Retrofitted - Cruise, RNS 510, MFSW, Armrest, Skoda BT, 6cd changer, Monza II's, VW speaker upgrade kit, Lux pack, High-line, new CAN gateway, Polar FIS info display, R32 tinted rear lights, RVC

To Come...NQSBBK, highline CCM.

I can't take credit for the colour as i bought them like that, but the guy i got them off mentioned that they had been refurbed 'charcoal anthracite'  :happy2:

Agree with this 100%. Look spot on IMO. This is the drop I'm after on my GT Sport but  as with others have been undecided whether to go Eibach or H&R. This has just thrown another spanner on the works

Despite being on the same springs on a 3 door Steve, I always think yours sits slightly lower than mine in pictures! :ashamed:
Maybe I've got slightly green eyes against the red of your Ed30?

Beddie, that edition 30 is just pure class, the paint looks to be in fantastic condition.  I don't know whether I prefer the winter or summer mode!

Rdfcpete. Just had a look through your build thread, your rear seems to sit lower in some pics, is that because you had a full tank on board or just the angle the pics were taken

I very rarely have a full boot fella, so I don't think it's that. In some of the pics you looked at I may have had the old split rims across the back seats and boot so don't use those ones as a benchmark  :P

In honesty, another 5mm at the rear and they'd have been perfect considering it's a daily and I live on a descent with abrupt curbs :happy2:
