I agree with Oli...
drive a car with xenon headlights at night for a good length of time and going back to halogen headlights will be like someone switched the lights off...
i agree improperly aimed headlights are a hazard...but its taking it a bit far to say flatout that bixenons are dangerous! take a drive around birmingham at dark and you'll lose count of the number of idiots with misaligned HALOGEN headlights who glare drivers, these eejits cause as much of a hazard to other road users as improperly aimed bixenons/xenon headlamps do...
