Faulty Oil Sensor?

hi there my oil low warning light came on the dash in my 04 rabbit 1.9 tdi on thursday so i topped the oil up, however the lights still on? anyone know where it is so i can have a fiddle or try and fix/replace?

it also seems that in topping up the oil i've exceeded the maximum mark by a small margin am i ok?

It can also mean low oil preasure !

Have it checked before you lunch your engine  :happy2:

its amber doesnt that mean low level, and red means low pressure? dont get me scared dude! what about over topping it, will that cause me any trouble?

all sorted now realised that i didnt drive it after topping up and it went off after a few minutes on the way to work happy days!
