a Lot of people swear by the ITG panel filter, personally i used the K&N panel filter, pipercross and green cotton are also good.

Caz:
never heard of ITG..

thanks mr keith!  :happy2:

If you're not going crazy and just want a common or garden remap (circa 190-200bhp I think) , then just get a Bluefin off Superchips. Whoever you get though, ask them to tweak the torque down to 280-290lb/ft and you'll have no clutch slip issues

With the Bluefin you can switch the map off and on, and better still, when you come to swap cars they can either re-code it for the new one or reset it to 'as new' it so you can sell it on again... so you get a return on your remap, rather than losing the money all together.

A panel filter such as green/ITG/Pipercross will do you fine. An exhaust will just be asthetics/noise - I doubt you'll see any power increase unless you get a decat downpipe too.

R32 stoppers will be fine, just get the handling tweaked and you're golden!
