New Guy, 1st Golf
« on: December 11, 2011, 11:04:33 pm »
Hey people,  Just joined up on here as ive bought my 2nd ever car but 1st golf only got a couple of pics at mo but will upload a lot more

The previous car was a peugeot 206 1.1 5 door which i loved lol, the Geolf is a 2006 '06' plate mk5 gt tdi 5 door in gunmetal grey 140hp model

TBH its not the car i really wanted but more like a stop gap for the time being lol, still not sure if im going to keep it for a long (ish) time or sell after a couple of months lol, even though im confused on that part already got a couple of mods in mind lol

Anyways a couple of pics and theres gonna be a lot more threads asking quesions about the new car, but for the time being any tips of tricks to tell me about the car?, already know you can open and close all the windows from the remote lol

Also does this car have a alarm fitted as standard? or what type of security does it have?

 cheers

Welcome - nice colour that. Very solid cars in my experience the 140 TDI's :happy2:

Not sure if the 2006 GT TDI had factory alarms. To find out if it has one, in a quiet place you could always put the drivers window fully down, lock it on the fob then lean into the cabin and wave your hands around
