You sure he just didnt miss the 1 out of £14,430?

£14,430 sounds on the cheap side of reasnoble for what appears to be an ED30 with no extras.

Well, it has the hallmark of a scam ad - no tel number, only e-mail  :happy2:

Its a genuine ad - just forgot the initial '1' - making it over £14k.

It was also listed on eBay - at the correct price.
I was very close to my first viewing, but the guy just always seemed to busy. I didnt want to view in the evenings since I wanted to see the car in daylight etc!

Apparently it had two small black marks on the driver side front wheel arch, and a scuffed alloy. The seller said he would knock money off for these, or may consider getting them sorted before he sold the car. He also sent me any extra pictures that I asked for - so all seemed pretty genuine.

As I said, I was very tempted and tried to arrange a first viewing. The only thing that put me off was that I was after a DSG, whereas this is a manual. I then decided to stick with what I wanted - the DSG - and passed on this car....
