Im proposing a general meet for mk5 gti owners, I would say venue to be a pub meet with a decent car park. I'd like to meet one a weekend day initially perhaps for the first one or two so everyone has a chance to see each others cars in the day light and get to know one another. Then i'd propose once every two weeks a meet in the evening? somewhere with a nice pub garden? Then the more people get to know one another and hopefully become mates etc perhaps a pub meal and cruise evening once so many months like other meets and clubs do.
Sound good?
Now im more or less up for meeting whenever date wise, but is there any specific dates people would want to essentially start the ball rolling and agree to a particulay date? (weekend)
We could say the last weekend of this month? either the 28th or 29th?
I've got one of my mates interested but thinking numbers how many of you would like to meet?

Has anyone got a suggestion? this will be a meet for mainly people around beckenham, wickham, bromley, croydon and surrey area (quite large i know) so we need more or less a easy not to far location with good roads near by.
Im gunna put forward the coombe lodge in croydon.
Good beer gargen, decent sized car park and a nice pub. Also some good roads around with easy access to motorway (through croydon) and also some 40 roads leading out towards the country side ;)
