Easiest way is to remove the front grill from the car so you can get to the clips at the back of the badge.

Lift the bonnet and remove the 2 torx screw either side of the slam panel and release the 2 clips on the outer edge of the grill, then remove the 2 philips screws from underneath the numberplate plinth in the top of the lower mesh grill and lift the front grill from the car. reverse to put it back on the car  :happy2:

Twisting off the badge is not as easy as it sounds if you get one of the clips caught it might just snap  (done it)
As LITTLE_DAVE said :happy2: No swearing and blood loss involved

ive had three different badges on mine and it was fine, you do have to be careful as they can snap.

i did want to do it the safer way of removing the grill its just i dont know how easy it will go back on

Mine wouldn't twist or turn at all so did it the safer way and learnt how to remove my grill at the same time if i need to in the future

Goes back on really easily nath, just slot the bottom in first by the number plate and then pushthe top edge in and the 2 clips snap into place then just put all 4 screws back in and all done  :happy2:
