The skirts will have to wait a wee while longer as something is always coming up  :fighting2:. Currently saving for wheels, but may have to consider selling if this petrol situation don't improve.....NOT!  :signLOL:

beautiful  :congrats:- but what on earth were you doing up @ 4am?

Dave - Those rims are the bees knees!

Jussa - when I got home i was straight on pistonheads looking at Audi rides, but god damn  :surprised: there out my price range.
How did you get on with Reuben?

Ian - Still waiting on the Remap write up.

As they say, 'good things come to those who wait' and I had to wait till I was 41 to afford the S3  :drinking:
But it was well worth the wait!!!  :driver:
Who knows, when you're 41 the S3 probably will have wings and not wheels  :signLOL:

Cheers Dave, I've always had a soft spot for blue cars. My V6 4Motion was Indigo blue pearlescent, which was amazing in the sunlight as well.

Guildford has run out of V Power in all of it's Shell stations! I had to buy Total Excellium 97, and I swear it's not running as nicely!  :sad1:

Finished a nightshift last night and was using the missus diesel 1.5 Nissan Note.  Got to my local Shell garage at around 6:30am and everything was sold out except for the V-power.  Found a BP and filled her to the brim with diesel.  Got home and raced up to the Shell garage in the S3 to fill up!!!  This panic buying is crazy, nobody even knows when the strike will take place??

Here in Guildford, the 95 RON is available, it's the V Power that's as rare as rocking horse sh*t!

Lovely Ben. Brings a lump to my throat when I see a black Mk2. I bought mine as a runaround for a couple of years as it was on my car list, and loved it  so much I kept it for 7! Only sold it as I was going to uni and wanted something sensible(ish) and bought a 1.8T Mk4.

I love white mk 1's as well. I must have watched that episode of Wheeler Dealers 10 times!! Future appreciating classics for sure, both of them.  :congrats:

Ha!  :signLOL: Slight problem, the exhaust system warning light came on yesterday afternoon, but I'm going to Storm as planned and hopefully they can find out what it is, sort it and proceed with the map. The car is running absolutely fine, pulling really well, so hopefully it's something really simple. Apparently  this can come up sometims for no explainable reason. Fingers and everything else well and truely crossed!!

Hi Fellas,

Any news on the next meet Nez? Really enjoyed the last one, and looking forward to the next one. Sundays are best for me, as I'll soon be donning the whites and swinging the willow on saturdays, as the cricket season starts for me in a couple of weeks.

Cheers,

Ian  :happy2:
