Hello all. I not been here long but I see there are lots of people about from west Yorkshire. I'm holding people will help me with my golf as I'm used to mk2 golf. Lol

I'm wanting a few things with help. Few things. How is the best way to remove my tdi badge off the boot. And I'm lookin for some monza alloys to swap for my standard ones. I got a long list of stuff I wanna do but might need to wait until summer

You need a bit of heat to losen it up, maybe boil the kettle and leave it to cool for a few minutes then pore it over and they should come off using your fingers. Bit of tardis will remove any excess glue.

DONT PUT A GTI BADGE IN REPLACEMENT :chicken:

eBay is usually a good start for Monzas. Monza II's are the 18" version.

Welcome yorkshire boyo.

Hairdryer and an old credit card is what i used, can leave very light marking but quick polish job done. As above tardis will remove any sticky residue

No not sticking a gti on I'm proud to be a tdi driver. Lol. Thanks all been well I'll have a go this weekend. Any of you guys know if I can fit a r32 exhaust to my gt tdi 140. As I'm not over keen on the rear view right now.

Im pretty sure you can, not seen it done on a Diesel but I would have thought so.

Get the ED30/GTI rear bumper and wrap the lower part...cheaper alternative and still looks good.
