i thought this was a forum , i came on here to ask a vag related question and all i get bullsh*t comments
no the megane is still brilliant but i like to swap cars
for those who actually own vw s thanks for your comments , bit disapointed the R doesnt have a lsd and  jhtrophy it is a fast street car but not a track\ perfomance coupe i m now used to if i was doing 100 miles of motorway i d take the rocco 100 miles of a+b roads i d take the meg

or perhaps go drive one, use your own oppinion to make the decision yourself..

Nice to see you have buckets of cash still spare as you'll need at least 10k plus your Renault for a good spec Rocco..
have driven it steve , it does drive really well , used car prices are knackered mate rocco s in real prices are about £26k with no p\x i can get this one for not much over £20k thats why i looked at it , my mate has just brought 4 vw ex demo s at the right money

i started this thread not to wind any one up but to find out if i was taking a backwards step , if the rocco R is basically a mapped ed30 as the old skool ones of you will know ive been there,  loved the car but sold due to traction issues moved on to the s3 and had clutch problems , so thats where my questions come from , my previous experiences
matt , sorry if swapping my car s affends you but now ive got a good supplier i dont seem to be loosing much so much cash so i change when i get the urge or a good deal comes up

If you car to look at my link regarding my rocco, you will see just how capable it is. I have it in members rides under candy white rocco, all be it the mods are very extensive but very rewarding when you can race around spa and overtake Porsche gt3 rs's and keep up with them. I believe hedge is on about my rocco at castle Combe and it lapped very well keeping also with an r8 which could only pull away on the main straight. If you look at mine you will see a link of it at spa against one of the gt3rs's. Hope this helps with decision making and it is now in having more extensive mods which should see it being even more capable. Cheers.
