Rear drop links

Car had a service in november and the dealer said that the drop link bushes were split. It went in last week for the injectors and whilst it was in they did a health check. This time they said it was rear trailing arm bushes. On the "additional work" sheet both times the part numbers have been the same:

1K0 501 529 F and 1K0 501 530 C which both point to the drop links.

I have done a search but most of the results are over 3 years old. So my question is, do I replace with OE drop links or are there some better aftermarket ones? I have also been looking on the Polybush site as they do kits for the drop links. Although they are quite pricey.

Just use OE Droplinks.

I fitted some BSH ones and they just knocked like hell on bumpy roads under 50mph. I tried all sorts to stop the knocking and took them off after about 2 weeks as it just annoyed me.

The Neuspeed ones has worked for me, i've had them for 2 years with no issues whatsoever  :happy2:

+1, but ive only been using them for 6 months or so.

Anyone want to test the 034 motorsports links?

Regarding the BSH ones being clunky, that seemed to be the general opinion on them in the search results I found. TBH I have no issues using OE ones just wondered seeing as I was going to change them, was there a better alternative.

IMO as Carl said...OE all the way, you gain so little from the others it isnt worth the bother.  :smiley:

I'd stick with OE, when u say Trailing arm bushes. Is that the rear suspension arms? Same place rear toe (I think) can be adjusted!?
