vw charges

 Company Passat needed a new CD player after 19000 miles.Quite a surprise,but not as big a surprise as the £12+VAT to remove,clean and adjust the rear wiper blade :surprised:

Genuine back wiper blade for my golf from the dealers was only around 7 quid.
ED35. Standard factory condition.

They can't charge you for anything without prior authorisation. If you didn't authorise them to do it, then don't pay it.
