He brought a rabbit home couple of weeks back and was trying to facef**k it, he's clearly mental but in a loveable furry way

It is the best way and of course your cat never sh!ts on his own doorstep.

Haha, I'm allergic to cat hairs Steve otherwise that would work with some stories to tell like yourself, I'm sure 

It's gotta be a lot cheaper than a cat or dog itself

I had a similar problem. but also had a hi powrred pneumatic air rifle! No more problem! Lol only kidding but an easy solution.
