I had a couple of millteks when I first had the GTI.
Got a blueflame turboback now, lovely gurgle when idle, and great noises on pullaway too.  :happy2:

Ive been on bcs website and it says they are custom made, is this correct?  So they dont post out? Is the resonated blueflame louder than a non res milltek then.

When you say manufacture do you make them from scratch with raw
Material or do you buy the pipes ready made and then jig  up the systems

Whats the difference in price against the miltek? N blueflame do a high flow cat etc to make a full system? And how do the performance figures stack up against the miltek generally.

Our systems are jigged up in house from products that we have designed and had manufactured in our own production fixtures again made in house.
This enables us to concentrate on combining the best of both worlds, our design skills and our supply partners manufacturing capabilities.
The nett result is a product that is unsurpassed at a great price.
Cheers
