Ive been on bcs website and it says they are custom made, is this correct?  So they dont post out? Is the resonated blueflame louder than a non res milltek then.

Sorry if I've misled you
Our products are manufactured on site and either shipped out to our customers or fitted here at BCS.
We do offer a custom build service to customers requesting products for vehicles that we do not offer an off the shelf solution for.

When you say manufacture do you make them from scratch with raw
Material or do you buy the pipes ready made and then jig  up the systems

Our systems are jigged up in house from products that we have designed and had manufactured in our own production fixtures again made in house.
This enables us to concentrate on combining the best of both worlds, our design skills and our supply partners manufacturing capabilities.
The nett result is a product that is unsurpassed at a great price.
Cheers
Nige

i get it so you design the system but someone else makes them and then you complete the systems in house?

i've seen it on powerflows website they manufacture exhaust in south africa, thats why wanted to know where yours where made

Sort of - we have the mandrel tube bending produced for us in our own control fixtures and then weld them to the rest of our components in our production fixtures.

Hi Monte
Thanks for that - have to say can't fault your enthusiasm.
Just by way of clarification the system that we offer and indeed fitted to your ED30 was manufactured completely and utterly by us at BCS, and whilst loosely based on a concept that I came up with back in 2005 at Blue Flame it has morphed into the product you have before you that you are so pleased with.
Sorry to sound all anal retentive on this - but as you can imagine if Blue Flame have a queue of customers looking for the system you are describing here then they will be disappointed. I guess it's a bit like calling a 'Dyson' a 'Hoover'
I am happy to divulge via pm all of the new features that are enginereed into the product to those who are curious, but in the meantime once again many thanks for all of the customers who had the faith to stick with, and trust me in this venture.
I hope I have earned the trust of the forum members in my openness and honesty.
Cheers
Nige

Ok now you confuse me    as when you fitted the prototype system to my car with the older style cat on it and the smaller flexi pipe you told me its the first ed30 you had ever done hence how crazy cheap you did it for me,my car blew the flexi apart and you basically made me another down pipe with a larger flexi and the same smaller high flow cat you are using now as I have compared pics of your system you make that is the same as the blue flame as your the person I dealt with all the time at blue flame for at least 3 of my cars you had done. I even remember the day I came to pick up my new down pipe and you said this is how they will all be from now on. I know your a new business and all that but please don't say your product is better than one that you made for someone else  :rolleye:

From what I understand there are a few differences between this system and the original blueflame
Black 2007 gti, 18' monza 2, sat-nav, highline, i-pod dock, armrest, 35mm H&R springs, WALK, BCS tbe, autotech front and rear arbs, ITG maxogen, NQSBBK... and more to come
