Hi all, now for a while my airbag light has been on, so i took a full scan and here is what its said

   Coding: 0012338

2 Faults Found:

002 - Lower Limit Exceeded - Intermittent - MIL ON

now ive read on here about having to cut the plug off under the seat and solder the wires together, but my n/s/f seat has already been done, could this be the plug where the loom joins the car loom? and help would be great

Do they clear and come straight back on again?

It may be the seat to floor plug. take it you cleared the fault after doing the mod?
Have you done any mods up behind glovebox at some point to disturb those plugs?
Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
Now have an S4 B8 Avant (stage 2)

Yes mate they come straight back on, the main thing is the ding on the dash on start up, that bugs the hell out of me

The mod was done before i had the seats, i fitted them about a year ago and they have been spot on until christmas time, havent been behind the dash either

Just quickly Googled it and seems to point to the dash airbag, maybe take out glovebox and check the contacts on the plug above it?

I hate that BONG on startup, did my head in when I put the other seats in.
