Did jonny Cs TT perform as expected.

@jussa good times mate. You should have had a run with APRs Golf R. Would have been an interesting test

Thanks mate, bit pee'd off about the headwind as I wanted to break the 4 sec barrier

Thoughts are with the injured, hope all pull through.

That Headwind was crazy on Saturday Justin.

Even when sitting in the stand the wind was battering everyone's heads.

Must have taken 1 sec+ off the 1/4mile times.

Those S3's are Rapid though. Grip was amazing!  :notworthy:

There was definitely a PITA headwind on the Sat, no doubt..

Check the flags out on this vid.. My mate had to cup his hands round his phone whilst filming this (hence the sound being crap)..

A full second might be a bit optimistic though Carlo..  :signLOL:

Well at least a half a second  :popcornsoda:

Does anybody know when the results will be published?
I wonder if the accident has delayed them  :popcornsoda:

I read on the local VW forum that the injured parties were discharged today  :happy2:

Results still aren't published, but the company that publishes them has been phoning people up today for their individual driver names if the cars were registered as a company. Hopefully this means the results will be published soon.

I was a passenger in that Focus RS for a run, despite it having feck loads of Mountune power - it just won't allow you to use any in 1st & 2nd, due to the mapping.

Much like my mate's massive turbo MK4, you can't use it till you hit 3rd, and by then you're past the point of legal speed.

Big power FWD. Not all it's cracked up to be.  :signLOL:
Sideways yo!

Mapping..... Pah, they're just slow Mike..  :chicken: My Ed30 (when going Stage 2+) had all the road set up/manners of a elephant on rollerblades, but I could still get it off the line for a 1/4 mile run... Even without a dif etc..
:booty: To the RS and nice one Beddie..  :pomppomp:

Either that or you have been watching to much Man v's Food again and was weighing him down mate?   :signLOL:

Who's was the black Ed30 at 2:40, Jack's?

Cheers fellas!  :happy2:

The old girl shifts alright for nothing more than Stage 1 Bluefin and a Milltek cat back

I had plenty of motivation though as the RS driver is a very good mate of mine and we were racing for who had to buy the dinnertime ice creams... i had a choc feast, was ace!

LOL Ben!

I never said the RS was faster, but there was deffo a "why the hell isn't it going anywhere?" - which is apparently because the map pegs back power. We hit 3rd and then we finally got going. I can totally see now why low powered stuff has no problem hanging onto them in twisties.

BTW Beddie is a mate of mine too, so I'm not trying to piss on on his chips, he was long gone and even removing my fat arse from the passenger seat wouldn't have made any difference.
Sideways yo!
