H&R make two kinds of adjustable top mounts. One for 60 mm race springs
and one for the use with stock diameter springs (about 80 mm on top).
Keep care to get the correct mounts which match your springs !!!

To make things even more complicated there are older versions and since
late 2011 a newer one which is praised to be less noisy:

new 2011:

The blue color will match blue Bilstein springs nicely.

I want the 2011 ones?

Will they fit my B14's and how much?

Mine are sat in customs  :sad1:

Still? They will be a two minute walk from my desk

You want the 2011 stock spring ones. Your Bilstein B14 springs are made to work
with stock mounts.

Will they fit my B14's and how much?

Yes, they will. In Germany they are about 400,-- €. Unfortunately H&R made them more
expensive than it's predecessors.
Keep in mind you will notice some increase in harshness. They still have no rubber inside.
