I ran them last year on my Superb, they are now on SWMBO's Golf, this year I have Bridgestones on and they are not as good as the WR G2's IMO

The Nokians are far better under normal road conditions (i.e not snowy/icy) than other winter tyres.

Cheers for the comments. Wish I'd asked on here beforehand. The Nokians do get good reviews. Plus have found them for £78 a corner. Something to put on the to do list.

I would definitely not be getting the Dunlops again.

Had lassa snowaways for the last few years and they were brilliant compared to a standard tyre. Trying to shop around for some winters to fit the eddie now, but keep missing out on ebay etc..

Just missed out on some Kumho's as mentioned before for £260 in 225/40/18, anything would be a vast improvement over the standard tyres for winter
