Have you been a Victim of ID Theft?

Im currently doing a project on Id Theft at uni and i need some primary research to put in my file. I have made up a quick survey and would really appreciate it if those who have been a victim of Id Theft could fill it in  :smiley:
It will only take a few minutes and will help me alot.

The survey is only for people that have already been victims.

Is this for uni, or government or charity research or sommat else?  You might get a better response if you fully detail your cause, and more importantly, if you are Data Protection registered.

I have been a long time ago (10 years), but it wasn't related to my bank cards or online banking which seems to be the focus of the questions.  Do you still want me to complete it?
