Survey - where to host it

for uni I need to send out a questionnaire

im going to be doing it via email so somewhere on the internet will be best

ive got 18 questions and want somewhere like survey monkey but do not want to pay. (tight yorkshire man)

what websites do people use???

any help is appreciated
