MFD2 DVD and changing battery

If I have to disconnect my battery to change it will I need the code to get the stereo going?  If so where do I find the code?

The code would be on a card that should have been supplied with the unit. Other than that, I think you might need to go to a main dealer to get it. Pretty sure VCDS will not be able to get the code from the unit before disconnecting.

if you don't have the code card you most prob will need to go to a steelers.
