Fiscon Basic Plus Audio Problem

I fitted a fiscon basic plus kit to my 2006 vRS yesterday, all is working fine, I have all the information displayed on the MFD etc,
When I make a call or receive one, there is no audio at all though?
Anybody know whats causing this?

double, triple, quadruple check that you plugged the telephone connector into the quadlock connector correctly and that the two pins are correctly and properly inserted, thats the only thing i could think of that could cause the audio to fail..unless you got a faulty unit...

Thanks for the reply mate, just seen it now, but what you suggested was the problem!
I unplugged it and reconnected it again and all is working perfectly now!  :happy2:
