Those Braille batteries are really good :happy2:

I was debating getting one until I was told they wouldn't be suitable when running a power hungry amp and sub

I like weight savings, but I like my tunes more :jumpmove:

Do two Braille Batts weigh less than a standard one?

Yes!

The stock battery weighs approx 16kg = 35lb

I'm sure jonnyc weighed the stock battery when he bought a Braille battery and so it would be in his build thread somewhere.

I think you missed my point there Hurdy... You abandoned the idea as the Braille battery would provide enough juice to run your ICE. I was just curious as to whether two of them (one of the car, one for ICE) would still weigh less than a standard one and thus still be a weight saving, all be it not as significant and quite expensive!  :happy2:
Only 250.1bhp - but with that noise, who cares?

The smallest one weighs 7.5lb and the largest they do is around 21lb, so if you used two of the smallest or even two of the 11.5lb versions, they would still be lighter :happy2:

Sorry if I rambled on at a tangent there for a mo' :ashamed:

They do a  br-b106 with a weight of 6.6 lb, with a PCA of 527. You could x2 and have a weight of 13.2 lb with a PCA OF 1054. Mine is 904 PCA. :jumpmove:

I'm thinking to buy a smaller battery. Can you put here the specs of that braille battery?

It is enough to a normal use, radio, lights, etc when engine is on?

When engine is off is enough to stay days with alarm activated?

Thanks. :drinking:
