Grey 5-dr MKV Repeated Spottings in West Nile Street, Glasgow

I keep seeing a grey 5-dr with D3 *** style licence plate dropping their OH off near All-bar-One in West Nile Street, Glasgow.

The licence plate has been moved from it's normal place to the bottom of the bumper, in the splitter area.

I was wondering if it's 'rubbertoe' on winter wheels...?
