Classic Fresh Lemon and sugar for me! Oh and the pancake needs to be fried in butter!!  :party: :party: :party:

Sometimes add a bit of cinnamon to the sugar too!  :party:

....Hey! That cinnamon is a good idea  :party: Yep, always use butter.

Someone I know who used to be a top chef at Claridges (he's particularly famous for making that huge cake of a Mini car), told me that the test of a good frying pan is how well it does pancakes. Like him, I use a SSK - German of course!

Banana and chocolate. e.g. Galaxy ripple. Quick blast in the microwave to melt the choccy and some squirty cream on top.
