Bought my Seat Leon back in April 2011 basically moved from a citroen C4
1.6 HDI to the Leon 1 because i missed the speed of my old Seat ibiza and 2
my miles were about to severly reduce due to the fact i dumped the biggest
drain on my life grew some balls and got the car i wanted!!!
starts life as a bog standard 57 plate with 30k on the clock. picked it up
with FSH for £11k
she was spotless.
First Mod were Mercedes Plate Holders
Decided i wanted to change the filter next so Pflo was ordered from
Awesome!
next up was the Brodit Proclip
Decided id get my private plate fitted next along with some Eibach Sport
Lines
At this point i was well happy with my car but i needed to save for a
Cambelt change. a trip to Jabba was in order and whilst there the boys
fitted a Stage 1 Map :)
The drive home was awesome. its one of the smoothest maps i have ever
driven and i would definitely recommend them to any one. truely amazing.
Then came a simple little mod.Key covers from Seat
not made for my key made for the shape with the smaller Seat badge but
still does me :).
I was happy again and the car spent the last 6 months like this as i then
moved in to my new place got that all sorted and cracked on with my life
etc but then the bug kicked in again. might be something to do with the
speed buzz i got in the states when i did the Richard Petty NASCAR
experiance. i needed more. :)
a quick trip to a friend who was selling his cupra got me some second hand
parts. Forge Shifter and Full Turbo back 200 Cell Blueflame.
Beauty on my table
Then the problems came!!! so never got round to fitting them. basically
change the CAM follower and nicked the seal putting back in the car has
been leaking oil slowly for 9 months. so off it goes back to the garage.
had a new Seal fitted. the Exhaust fitted and the Quick shifter.
i have to admit the shifter is amazing the amount of throw is just right
now and was the best mod i have done thus far.
Car cleaned 20/02/12 exhaust fitted
and the front
eventually fitted my Jabba stickers
Not this forum but stuck my forum stickers on. (sorry guys)
now i was annoyed with kicking my Side Sills so decided i would make my own
sill covers as the OEM ones are well expensive. so made these from Carbon
Vynal.
started on the rear door
then the fronts
added a few more stickers
