My centre caps are getting wormed so wondering are there any different options available??

Can you get Wolfsburg centre caps? Might be a bit different.

Btw I only have 17" Monzas

Cheers

I have just bought some new centre caps for the same reason. I bought genuine VW centre's that are a better design. They are supposed to be more resistant to 'white worm' and last longer. They have a slightly different part no.

What type did you get JB?

How are they different - could this just be dealer speak to make us belive they wont worm?

How much were they if you dont mind my asking - seem pretty cheap on ebay?

cheers

The cheap ones on eBay are the older style centre caps. The newer style has part no. 7D0601165BXF
They should be better but I haven't yet tried them out, only time can tell. I paid £26 for the 4.

Search for the new part number on e-bay and amazon - they turn up from time to time.

Shadow blue DSG 5 door with leather, sunroof, 18" Monzas, MFSW.
Full list of mods:  Seat inserts and a VW bottle opener.  Each worth 20bhp.
