I know this is a Vw forum but seeing as a few guys on here are buying clio's as track cars I thought I would share so you can avoid this disaster.

Why not report this advert on pistonhead.
There is a function on every advert to report to administrator.

Its got the 172 engine from a phase 1 car, not 182 from a phase 2.

QD has inspired me to look at one of these.

Thought the cup pack was lowered and no abs?

Cup Suspension Pack: Stiffer springs & Anthracite Wheels
Cup Spoiler Pack: Front Splitter & Rear Spoiler

The 182 Trophy had some trick suspension all round.

On a Clio 197/200 the Cup Pack translates to: red calipers and stiffer springs.

Yeah dave as deako says, cup packs were an option on 182 s from 2004, qd has the 172 cup from 2002/ 2003, which was the hardcore one, cup suspension, lighter seats and no abs, then the cup suspension became an option. 172 cup is the best out of the box :happy2:

this is a 172 non cup

this is a 182 non cup chassis pack but with cup body pack i.e. bigger spoiler and a little lip on the from

this is a 182 with chassis cup pack

I reported one on there the other day a supposed Edition 30 in Candy, but its on 05 plate with std GTI interior, blatantly not an Eddie, he also states "Limited Edition, there are only 1500 of these in the country" which is a load of crap, we all know there are 2300 and god knows how many GTI's (Which is what he is selling!).
