Looking at an Ed30 for sale at a dealer near me, Private plate C7 *** Got a few modifications, 3 door manual. Anyone know it?

Thanks for the welcome, been keen to get an Ed30 for a while since I sold my Corrado VR6 a few years back. Was planning on getting standard then modifiying, but this one seems to have a lot of stuff I would have done anyway.
