I've managed to get a Highline cluster for my GT TDi which I'm hoping is compatable.

My current Midline cluster is 1K0 920 960L and the new one is 1K0 920 971B.

I'm hoping that the two are compatable, can anyone please advise?

I believe I need someone with VCDS to change it over, is there anyone near Stockport or Wrexham who could help me with this in exchange for some beer tokens.

Thanks for any help.

hi mate you will need some one with VCDS and VAG commander, as the immo code needs to be taken from your old cluster and programmed into your new cluster, ive got both and can do it, if you fancy a trip to Devon?

Thanks for the offer but its a bit far to go.

Am I ok with the part I've bought even though its not 970?

Thanks

Hi

another option is to post both clusters to someone with vag-commander, and they can post them back to you
Genuine VCDS VAG-COM HEX-USB + Genuine Vag Commander + Genuine VAG Tacho + Genuine VAG CAN PRO  + RNS Manager for Video in Motion and New Pin Code for RNS510

Cluster and Key coding

Location Great Yarmouth

Retrofits fitted by me see my members rides
