PMs not working?

I am trying to PM mortygttdi (Darren) and get an error 'Unable to find member 'mortygttdi'. ?

Any clues

You have to have 10 posts to pm. I can't see how many you've made as I'm on my phone

I can see his profile from clicking his name on previous PM's... Mayb his pm box is full but it's thrown an odd error?
