.I exclaimed "Oh sh*t!!" at the moment of that strike and that's exactly what the US soldier said seconds later. Certainly a 'Oh sh*t!!' moment. No survivors there I expect. I wanted to see the damage after the smoke cleared.
If the taliban are in the local area and looking for a scrap, its obvious. All the local villagers literally dissapear. Its what we call atmospherics

That's good to know because, whatever the rights and wrongs of the two sides in armed conflict, the deaths/injuries to civilians should always be avoided in my opinion.
