upgraded brakes/discs! I need some..

even after only getting new brake discs/pads only 2 months ago they are complete w$nk.. I have never experienced brakes so bad!
what are a good upgrade front discs/pads and rears too without breaking the bank?

Does 299 Delivered for Brembo drilled 312's and DS2500 sound like a lot?
