My 3 orders (I needed to order 6 and Apple were doing there usual limit of 2 per order) all have a dispatched status and a delivery address of the 16th, but the consignment orders are showing as being invalid at this time.

I've just had my price for work confirmed at £250 (ex vat) for base entry model.

Not bad for something that costs about £17 to make  :happy2:

Its well over $100 (in material parts only), not taking into account research, development, manufacturing, support etc etc etc

I love it when people come out with this complete and absolute bullsh*t though.

Your in trouble now DeaKo, i told our Tailorman that one of his comments was Tosh and he stalks me now with a snide comment anywhere i post.

For me it's always been UPS for Macs, and TNT for iPhones, iPads etc.

....Aha! Thanks, Andrew  :happy2: - That explains it. I've only ever had Macs delivered and bought other Apple products from the nearest Apple shop.

My tracking status is now at "Please Call"

Earlier today it was at "Exception", what's everyone else's saying?

Mine said that earlier Steve.

It's in transit. If you use the iPhone App it will give you a better status.

If you look at the Tracking No. when it comes up the last digit will be missing of the result page where it says "please call". Give it a couple of hours and it will appear as in transit on the website :happy2:

Well I'm not madly impressed by it. Sure the screen is better, but it's only perceivable in certain apps. I'm not feeling the difference I did when going from a pre-Retina display iPhone to the iPhone 4.

I would imagine thats due to the distance you hold the iPad from your eyes compared to the iPhone. It will come into its own once there are apps specifically designed for the much higher resolution.  :happy2:
