wastegate noise induction kit or dump valve????

im looking to put induction or dump valve on my mk5 gti but i dont like the woosshh noise i like the wastegate flutter any sugestions??

I have a forge DV on my car and I get none of either. I think  an induction gives you the flutter you are wanting when you lift off but you will get a woooosh on boost.
