Why anyone would want to make  Golf GTI sound like a tuned RS turbo is beyond me  , unless your 18 spotty and need to "Impress" the ladies  :happy2:

If you must, ITG seems to be the noisiest, darth vader like

No need for the spacer if you have the forge dv and an itg intake, as mentioned above, mine was loud enough with that combination. Use to scare cyclists with a little dab of the throttle and lift off  :innocent:

I got a bit tired of it after a while though as it sounded like a rally car and my gf was not impressed, its a bit embarassing driving through town with what sounds like a whistle under your bonnet every time you lift off the throttle.

If your a fan of the engine noise then invest in some uprated engine mounts too.

Yeah you can it works with the standard diverter valve just a bolt on, it's roughly £50 from forge am selling mine for £35 PM if you want it

Is this the same one you took off as it was leaking boost?

Dont bother with a spacer. You hear plenty of dv noise with an intake. Plus the dv noise doesnt sound all that nice for a turbo car. More of a bus air brake and nothing like the sound my old rs focus made.
