Rear windscreen washer stopped working?
« on: March 13, 2012, 10:38:04 am »
My rear windscreen washer has not been working since December, i though it may have just been frozen over when it was snowing etc.

I added a little bit of anti freeze in my screen wash though it may solve the problem but it has not.

Anyone know how to fix it? Im guessing its block somewhere.

Could be a block, could be the pipe has come off or could be a leak due to the motor. Ive just fixed mine as mine was leaking due to the pipe that runs through the rear wiper motor. Best bet would be to take off the rear panel and have a look and see.

I had this on my s3 8p......done the hard bit 1st by taking the back panel off hoping to find a knackered pipe but found nothing so took a tiny needle and poked the washer eyes worked perfectly since must have been blocked with crap. Cheers.
