So the decision to basically ban film crews from the pit lane is a bit extreme. Give them a helmet and some padded overalls, they know the risks of motorsport. FIA over stepping as usual. H&S gone mad.

The guy could have easily died if it hit him another six inches up. If they are going to change 4 tyres in 2 seconds for our viewing pleasure then there is huge potential for big accidents therefore all non essential personal should not be in the danger zone. If you watch all the old F1 films you laugh and cringe at the same time as you see the spectators lining the circuit then think that is utterly crazy and dumb that we allowed it to happen. This is pretty much the same thing, they can get all of the shots from the pit wall or cameras fixed on the wall above the garages.

Agreed, quality drive by Hamilton. Was sure vettel was guna pass raikonen on the last couple of laps, but he held on well. One of the best races this season I thought.

Vettel really ran away with it today didn't he. Was hoping for some rain to spice things up abit (send Vettel off the track ) would have liked to see alonso qualify higher too, would have been right up there. My thoughts anyway

So then,

Massa's confirmed he's leaving the Scuderia, Alonso said (before that announcement) "I will only be happy if Massa stayed on" and Kimi is to be confirmed as the "other" Ferrari driver (not the No 2 driver) as early as tomorrow.

Would love to see the looking Alonso's face.

Yeah haha, alonso won't be best pleased. Going to be interesting tho isn't it, will we see the alonso that brilliantly stopped shcumacers run. Or will we see the alonso that sulked amd moaned when Hamilton wouldn't bow down and let him past on race day.... Only time will tell
