Debadging Golf?

Hi there Im replacing my golf's original tailgate which is dented for an R32 tailgate but obviously I want to debadge the R32 as mine is just a standard tdi. can anyone help me as to how I'd remove the R32 emblems and what resources I need?

I wouldn't use T-Cut as it's quite abrasive and you may scratch it. Wax will do the job, just something to break the sticky down to clear the left over adhesive!  :happy2:

wonder if you can help me with something else mate im looking at putting a gti rear valance on my golf but my car has the hidden exhaust pipes, i want to keep the discrete look, so I would want the hole filling on the gti rear can this be done at decent body shops?

Isn't the rear valance for the GT140 the same?

you basically want to go from the big black plastic one piece GT lower bumper to the two piece GTI one? but without the cut out?

basically my golf rear lower look like this

I would want mine to look this but with the space for the tailpipes filled and the toe eye cover obviously!
