I wonder whether it's worth informing his ISP. Not sure that they'd be to find their services used for such things. I know with SPAM they take a dim view of this.Blocking new members won't help and just shows he's winning.

Well I think we are running out of options so tracking of all IP addresses used by this member has been started, working in IT and knowing a lot of being an IT security geek does have it's advantages some times.All offensive posts have been stored as evidence in the event we need to take this further.If you do spot any posts by this member then please click the report to moderator button.
